Radio Frequency Generator: 27 MHz with 2 KW RF Power with automatic Reflected power matching network and fully protected against over load and heating. RF section air - cooled and load coil water cooled with its own standalone heat exchanger.


Plasma Torch: Full demountable torch with sample tube (ceramic / Sapphire injector) suitable for HF based solutions and additional injector for organic solvents. Computer controlled three Argon Mass Flow Controller for torch and nebuliser.


Nebuliser: Concentric Nebulizer for normal acid based solution with flow rate of 50 micro-litre / min and 100 micro-litre / min. Suitable Nebuliser for HF based solution with cyclonic spray chamber.


Spray Chambers: 
1. Dual Cyclone double pass Quartz Spray chamber for high accuracy measurement compatible with Peltier cooling. 
2. PFA Spray chamber for ultra trace analysis and HF based solutions. 
3. Peristaltic Pump: For constant (regulated) sample flow and drain.


Peltier Cooling System: Fully Computer controlled Peltier cooling system for accurate temperature control with quartz / PFA Spray chamber.



The 7500 software v2.0 for the 7500 Fast and 7500 Real-time PCR Systems runs on the Windows® XP and Microsoft Vista OS operating systems. Flexible five-color detection systems are easily calibrated for various dyes without requiring the addition of new filter sets. Variable excitation capacity allows greater sensitivity for the greatest range of dyes.A real-time polymerase chainreaction (Real-Time PCR), also known asquantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR), theamplification of a targeted DNA moleculeduring the PCR are monitored on a real time.




Provide the type of experiment to be performed on the sample given. Primer and target DNA details and type of the assay should be included. Cycling condition of the assay should be given
