ISO Certification

ICAR-CIFT has been certified under ISO 9001:2015. The ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for quality management system. The institute has developed appropriate process for maintaining quality in identified activities with scope for review and improvements. The surveillance audit is held annually to assess compliance.

CIFT is committed to continually improve its processes to fulfil stakeholder expectations, with a view to promote responsible and sustainable harvest and post-harvest technologies in fisheries sector by conducting basic, strategic and applied research, and undertaking consultancy, training, testing and technology transfer.
