The ICAR-CIFT organized a training program on “Quality Upgradation of Traditional Fishery Products” under the TSP flagship program at Androth Island, Lakshadweep, on 21st and 22nd February 2025. Twenty-five women participants of Dweepshree Island Level Federation, Androth Island, Lakshadweep attended the program. This initiative is conducted in collaboration with the Dept. of Aquaculture, Govt. Arts and Science College, Androth Island. The training was formally inaugurated by the Principal Dr. P P Majduddeen AL Jalaliya along with Dr. Shahul Hameed PVP, Head, Department of Aquaculture and staffs  on 21^st February, 2025.  The processing aids for upgrading the quality of traditional fishery products were distributed during the programme. The two day program was coordinated by Mrs. Priya E. R., Dr. Martin Xavier, Dr. Pankaj Kishore, Dr. Anupama T.K., and Dr. Renjith Kumar Nadella, Scientists of QAM Division of ICAR-CIFT, Cochin
