COMPETITION GUIDELINES

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Participants between the age of 8 – 17 years will be entitled to register for this competition.
8-12 years will be in Junior Category and 13-17 years will be in Senior Category

2. COMPETITION DETAILS:

Venue: Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, (near the old Thoppumpady bridge) Matsyapuri P.O., Willingdon Island, Kochi- 682029
Date: 28th April, 2017 Time: 10.15 am to 12.15 pm (2 hours)
Registration 9.15 am- 10 am
Paper for drawing will be provided. Any medium of paint can be used.
The participant MUST bring ALL stationery items that he/she requires. This includes paint brushes, paints, paint palette, etc.
Theme for the painting competition will be given at the venue.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.

3. JUDGING:

Entries will be judged by a panel. All decisions made by the judges are final. No correspondence will be entertained.
All watermarks, signatures or identifying marks will be hidden before the judging process in order to avoid any bias.
Entries will be judged for first, second and third place and will be awarded certificates and prizes
Any assistance by parents and/or elders will not be allowed and would result in disqualification.
