ICAR-CIFT, Cochin participated in web casting programme of PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022

As part of the web casting programme of PM Kisan Samman Sammelan 2022 held at IARI, Pusa, New Delhi on 17 October, 2022; ICAR CIFT, Cochin facilitated a physical meeting at its auditorium, which was attended by more than 310 stakeholders comprising of students, fishers, fisherwomen, start-ups, entrepreneurs from various parts of Kerala and other states including scientists and staff of the institute. During this Sammelan the “Agri-Startup Conclave and Kisan Sammelan” was also organised at IARI, New Delhi from 17-18 October, 2022. Five short listed promising start-ups, who have been graduated from the Agri-business Incubation (ABI) Centre of ICAR-CIFT, Cochin and excelled in their field, namely  Bodina Naturals (P) Ltd started by Mr. Bobby Kizhakkethara, Zaara Biotech (P) Ltd started by Mr. Najeeb Bin Haneef, Foo Foods India (P) Ltd initiated by Mr. Mohammed Fawas, Zarin Gourmet (P) Ltd ventured by 3 student entrepreneurs, Saurav, Rifat and Faaiz, and Zcorp Organic (P) Ltd started by Mr. Sundar Raj participated in  the Agri-Startup Conclave and  showcased their innovative products in the event.
