International Training at CIFT, Cochin

ICAR-Central Institute of  Fisheries Technology, Cochin is conducting a collaborative training programme on “Fish Processing, Quality Control and HACCP” during 20-26 October, 2014. The programme is being conducted in collaboration with SAARC Agricultural Centre, Dhaka, Bangladesh.  Participants from countries such as Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and India will be attending the training.



Ms Leena Nair, IAS, Chairman, MPEDA, Cochin will formally inaugurate the training programme on 20 October, 2014 and Dr. C.N. Ravishankar, Director, CIFT will preside over the function. Dr. Md. NureAlamSiddiky, Senior Programme Officer, SAARC Agricultural Centre, Dhaka, Bangladesh will be the Guest of Honour of the function.
