ICAR-CIFT started a training programme on HACCP

ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin is conducting a 5 days training programme on “HACCP system for Fish & Shellfish Processing Industries” for College of Fisheries (Kamdhenu Vishwa Vidyalaya) Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh from 28 February to 05 March 2022. There are total 75 number of participants attending the on-going training programme. The training programme covers the quality and safety aspects of fish and shellfish processing. All the pre requisite programmes,  seven HACCP principles and practical exercise on hazard analysis, hazard identification and their control or preventive measures are included in the course schedule.
