Training programme on "Estimation of added formaldehyde in fish" for FSSAI Officials

Two days training programme on estimation of added formaldehyde in fish, by GC/HPLC method is being conducted at ICAR-CIFT on 16-07-2018 & 17-07-2018. The programme includes both theory and practical sessions like sample collection & preparation, introduction to GC/HPLC, estimation of formaldehyde  and demonstration of CIFTest kilts for Ammonia and Formaldehyde detection in fresh fish for FSSAI Officials from different laboratories.
