The Professional Fisheries Graduates Forum (PGFG), Mumbai has awarded Dr. C.N. Ravishankar, Senior Scientist, Fish Processing Division, Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, Cochin with “Certificate of Appreciation” for the ‘Best Indian Fisheries Scientist Award for the year 2009. This has been awarded for securing the ‘Second maximum cumulative impact factor for the research papers published during the year 2008’.The award was presented on 22nd December, 2009 at the College of Fisheries, Mangalore during the annual meet of the Forum.
