Dr. Aniesrani Delfiya D.S., Scientist, Engineering Section, ICAR-CIFT, has received the best paper presentation award in 14th Asian Fisheries and Aquaculture Forum (AFAF) conducted at NASC Complex, New Delhi during 12 - 14 February 2025. She has presented a paper on "Pilot scale, continuous type infrared dryer for fish drying: Development and performance evaluation" under the technical session of "Post-harvest processing, value-addition, and food safety".
